So, I just got back from San Francisco and decided I am going to live there. I want to live on Clement street so bad. It has everything Ive ever dreamed from a place to live:

1. walkable
2. bikable
3. close to public transportation
4. weather is perfect
5. tons of cheap fresh produce
6. tons of cheap chinese and vietnamese food
7. theres a cool aquarium store
8. its crawling with two types of people: asians and young, hip people
9. its in the middle of San Francisco.

I'm SOLD. Now I just need an income and a cheap apartment.
